Returns Policy

You can return your orders within 7 days from the date of receipt.
a) If no error was made during the preparation of the order, only the product cost will be refunded, and the shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
b) If an error was made during the preparation of the order, a full refund will be issued based on the customer's request.

Orders cannot be canceled immediately after they have been shipped. Refunds will be processed once the product is returned by the customer. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

If an order is correctly prepared and shipped but the customer still wishes to return it, the product must be returned by the customer. Once the product is received, the refund process will be completed. Please note that shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
